Are you in recovery? I want to hear what is on your MIND…
Are you recovered from an eating disorder? Are you in recovery from an eating disorder?
I am writing a proposal and would love your answers to these questions:
* What factors contributed to your recovery? (Social support, therapy, etc) Please be as detailed as possible.
* If you received professional help (psychotherapy, psychiatric help, nutritional counseling) how did it help you in the recovery process? What factors were important?
* What does recovery look like for you? (Do you worry about food, weight? Do you still feel uncomfortable eating certain foods, or is eating stress free?)
Please provide me with whatever information you feel comfortable sharing in as much detail as possible for you. There is still little known about the recovery process and your feedback would greatly help me in my current work.
