Thanksgiving is an obvious time to reflect on life’s blessings and express our gratitude. We often convey our thanks for family, friends, health, job security and other external things. These are all wonderful gifts and certainly worthy of thanks. However, in these expressions something is missing. Rarely do we look within and take time to reflect on our internal gifts.
On this Thanksgiving weekend consider taking time to reflect on the personal gifts you bring to your world. Consider taking the time to reconnect with yourself. Appreciate you who you are and the gifts living in your body brings to your life (and others!)
