My story

Hi there! Glad you stopped by!

I am trained as a clinical social worker and value working with individuals and families from all walks of life.

In sessions, I use a combination of Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Based Treatment (FBT). I have experience treating adolescents and young adults with eating disorders in several levels of care and my priority is helping you and/or your loved one heal their relationship with food and their body.

My work is informed by a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach and I am always growing in and learning new ways to confront diet culture.

Outside of sessions, I find peace and joy in gardening, giggling with my friends, playing with my doggie, and bringing small moments of magic to my toddler’s life.

One of the hardest steps in therapy is making that initial decision to start. I would be honored to help you in your journey towards a more free and joyful life.
