Core retreat tracks
Customized by your timeframe, audience, and theme
🌀 Body Image & Belief Reclamation
Uncover and release outdated narratives that shape how we see our bodies. This powerful somatic experience invites participants to explore how early messaging, trauma, culture, and lived experience may have shaped their body story, and how to rewrite it with compassion.
Gentle movement, guided reflection, and healing conversation help guests return to themselves with less shame and more agency.

🍽️ Intuitive Eating & Body Connection
This session reconnects participants with the wisdom of their bodies through mindfulness-based eating practices. We explore internal hunger and fullness cues, emotional triggers, diet culture unlearning, and self-trust in food choices.
Through embodied exercises, participants begin to repair their relationship with nourishment, free from guilt or rigidity.
❤️🩹 Somatic Healing for Food & Body History
Our nervous system holds stories about food, control, safety, and identity. In this session, we help participants access and process those embodied memories through breathwork, movement, and grounding tools.
It’s especially supportive for those healing from disordered eating, perfectionism, chronic dieting, or medical shame.

🧘♀️ Compassion & Body Acceptance
This track invites participants to soften critical inner narratives about food and body. Through guided meditations, reflective writing, and small-group dialogue, we explore how internalized messaging about weight, worth, control, or appearance shapes how we relate to ourselves.
Using mindfulness and self-compassion practices, guests learn to replace body-based shame with neutrality, respect, and care. This is a gentle space to reimagine what it means to feel safe and enough in your own skin.
🌿 Mindful Nourishment & Everyday Embodiment
Designed to help participants carry retreat insights into daily life, this session focuses on integrating intuitive eating and body respect into everyday rhythms.
We explore real-world mindful eating strategies, somatic check-ins, and simple grounding tools to stay connected to the body’s needs, especially during moments of stress, social pressure, or diet-culture triggers.
Participants leave with rituals and mindset shifts that support sustainable, embodied nourishment at home, at work, and in community.

Some of our more popular retreat programming is focused on these audiences:
Women / Mothers / Mothers & Daughters / Caregivers / Parents / Persons in Mid-Life
But of course, we're committed to supporting all individuals on their journey toward improving their relationship with their bodies and food.
