My story
I work with folks struggling with eating disorders, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. I also support folks with anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating motherhood. I provide a supportive, inclusive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore your unique challenges.
My approach is collaborative, focusing on understanding your experiences while fostering a sense of safety and trust throughout the healing process.
I use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support resilience building and emotion regulation. Together, we’ll address the root causes of your struggles and work towards lasting change.
I am a HAES-informed therapist, and work to support your journey towards intuitive and mindful eating. Reaching out to begin this work is tough, and I am so glad you are here! If you are ready to reconnect with your body, heal your relationship to food, and rekindle your sense of self-worth, I'm looking forward to connecting with you.
Outside of the therapy space I am a mother, avid reader, music lover, and you can find me out hiking and exploring nature.
